Caillier Clinic, Ltd.

Caillier Clinic, Ltd. was established in 1982 as a private practice of Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology in Eau Claire and Rice Lake, WI.  Our clinic consists of 8 clinic employees including a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in diagnostics,  psychopathology, and neuropsychology, a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC),  a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),   two Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), a psychometrist, and clerical staff.  The clinic is licensed in the State of Wisconsin under HFS 61.91 and HFS 75.13 for provision of Behavioral Health and Drug and Alcohol assessment and treatment.

The clinic emphasizes our motto “Growth through Understanding” in our treatment approach.  That is, we respectfully and systematically explore each client’s situation to bring them to a clear understanding of their problem areas and offer realistic strategies, choices and solutions designed to resolve difficulties.  We do not follow fads in treatment or talk psychobabble.  We do not pass clients around in our group so they have to re-explain their situation to multiple therapists and doctors.  We recommend the use of medication only when necessary after careful consideration of the client’s symptoms and needs.  We hire only the best qualified professionals and insist on ongoing professional education in and out of the clinic.  People who use our services describe our staff as welcoming, professional and caring and highly motivated to resolve their problems in a clean and home-like atmosphere.  Confidentiality is rigorously protected.
