Laura James, BS
I’m a therapeutic skills and behavior intervention provider here at Caillier Clinic. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls in 2020. Currently I am pursuing my masters in School Psychology at University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Prior to this position I worked as a preschool teacher and volunteered with Gigi’s Playhouse. When I’m not working with clients you can usually find me kayaking or curled up with a good book.
Here at Caillier Clinic I specialize in Behavior Intervention Services in the office or in the home. I am passionate about helping individuals learn and develop skills that can help increase their confidence and independence. I enjoy seeing clients utilize their skills to overcome challenges they are facing.
I believe in the value of compassion and empathy, approaching each individual with kindness and understanding to create a safe environment for growth. My goal is to prioritize the unique needs, preferences, and strengths of each individual to create effective interventions.
