Dr. Caillier received an undergraduate degree in Experimental Social Psychology from Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1971.
Todd Caillier, PsyD
Dr. Caillier’s current scope of practice is specialized in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and families.
Stephanie Hotujec, Ed. S
Stephanie is the clinical specialist at Caillier Clinic. She brings her knowledge of comprehensive evaluations, school systems, data driven decision making, and collaboration to the Caillier Clinic team.
Leighan Nand, BS
Leighan is the operations manager at Caillier Clinic. Leighan works with staff, community members, and individuals to provide further training, program development, and ensure appropriate treatment planning within our clinic.
Meghan Rice, MA, LPC
Meghan is the clinical manager at Caillier Clinic. She provides training in mental health services for staff to implement with families and children. Meghan is a CPI certified instructor and provides crisis intervention training as Caillier Clinic's Crisis Prevention Specialist. Meghan also works individually providing therapeutic treatment to clients in a variety of different settings.
CariLyn Imbery, BSW, CSW
CariLyn is the community resource manager at Caillier Clinic. She collaborates with community partners and agencies to provide program opportunities to meet the needs of individuals in our local and surrounding communities.
Chao Xiong, MS, LPC
Chao is a clinical mental health care provider primarily working with adults and adolescents on a variety of mental health needs.
Chelsea Moyer, MA, LPC-IT
Chelsea is a clinical mental health care provider working with individuals ages 3 and up. Chelsea works hands on with parents and families to collaborate and provide education along with providing care in other mental health areas.
Emmanuel Castellanos, MS, LPC-IT, SAC-IT
Emmanuel is a clinical mental health care provider offering individual therapy in school and office-based settings focusing on cognitive behavioral and humanistic approaches to work towards a life worth living.
Lindsey Field, LPC, SAC
Lindsey is a licensed professional counselor who enjoys working with adults on an individual basis to address mental health and addiction concerns. Concerns can include, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma recovery.
Lindsay Smutney, MA, LPC-IT
Lindsay is a clinical mental health care provider working with individuals ages 3 and up. Lindsay primarily works with children on sensory based therapy.
Margaret (Meg) Clancy, BA
Meg is a clinical mental health care provider working with individuals ages 3 and up. Meg works hands on with parents and families to collaborate and provide education. Meg provides both individual therapy in school and office-based settings to children, teenagers and adults.
Morgan Spaeth, MS, LPC, SAC
Morgan is a clinical mental health care provider working with individuals. Morgan works with individuals on a variety of mental health needs.
Patricia Fedie, LCSW
Patricia works with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, marital discord, child behavioral problems, adolescent issues, grief/loss and trauma. Patricia also specializes in areas of sexuality, sexual addiction, and sexual abuse.
Sarah Bogdan, APSW
Sarah is an Advanced Practice Social Worker working with individuals from early adolescence through adulthood. She also provides school based-mental health services in the Eau Claire and Cornell school districts.
Molly Bolks, BS
Molly is the supervisor of the BEST program within Caillier Clinic. She works with the Behavior Intervention Team on training, program development, and sees individual clients in a variety of different settings.
Sam Waters, BS
Sam is the supervisor of the Skills Training program within Caillier Clinic. He works with the Behavior Intervention Team on training, program development, and sees individual clients in a variety of different settings.
Allison Christenson, BS
Allison is a member of the Parent Child Interaction Therapy and Reunification Program within Caillier Clinic. She works with clients to increase positive parenting skills through parent education with the goal of reunification.
Bailey Wunrow, BA
Bailey is part of the Behavior Intervention Team and works with children, adolescents and adults implementing behavior intervention and skill-based programs in various settings.
Brianna Koleski, BS
Brianna Koleski currently works with the Caillier Clinic Parent Child Interaction Therapy and Reunification Program, where she helps to ensure safety in home environments for families on evenings and weekends.
Courtney Raymond, BS
Courtney is a member of the Behavior Intervention Team and works with children and families on creating and implementing behavioral intervention and skill-based programs in the clinic and home settings.
Devon Caelwaerts, BS
Devon is a part of the Behavior Intervention Team where they work with children, adolescents and adults implementing behavior intervention and skill-based programs in the clinic and home settings.

Lynnsey Berg is one of Caillier Clinic's psychometrists. Lynnsey looks forward to working with the clients our clinic serves by helping administer and score various tests and assessments.
Julie Tishacek, BS
Julie is an administrative assistant with a passion for helping others. She works extensively with claims billing as well as performs a multitude of daily office duties.
Kayla Brown
Kayla Brown is an experienced Administrative Assistant with a passion for helping others. She works extensively with CLTS and other contract billings, authorizations and performs a multitude of daily office duties.
Lisa Harding
Lisa is one of the clinic’s administrative assistants and currently works in reception in addition to performing other office duties. Lisa is well versed in her administrative work and can assist you if you have any questions or issues regarding scheduling an appointment at Caillier Clinic.
Sarah McLaughlin
Sarah is an administrative specialist at the clinic providing quality assurance in addition to performing other office duties.
Dana Mercer
Dana serves as the CCS/County Billing Manager and performs a variety of daily office duties. Dana works extensively with CCS and County Billings, authorizations, and scheduling court testimonies.
Lauri Stewart
Lauri is responsible for all bookkeeping duties at the clinic including the application of all insurance and personal payments to client accounts as well as contractual issues.
