Paul Caillier, Ph.D
Dr. Caillier received an undergraduate degree in Experimental Social Psychology from Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1971.

Dr. Caillier’s current scope of practice is specialized in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and families.
Stephanie Hotujec, Ed. S
I am a Clinical Specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with a minor in Special Education from UW-Stout and my Masters and Educational Specialist degrees in School Psychology from UW-River Falls. Prior to joining Caillier Clinic, I worked in the public school system for 15 years and began my career as a special education teacher for students with intellectual disabilities and autism. After 10 years in the classroom, I transitioned to a School Psychologist and worked with students from ages 3 to 21 through creating behavioral and academic interventions, behavior modification plans, educational evaluations, and collaboration with caregivers, teachers, and community based programs. When I am not at the clinic, you can usually find me spending time on Lake Superior with family and two Newfoundlands, gardening, or beekeeping.
Leighan Nand, BS
Leighan is the operations manager at Caillier Clinic. Leighan works with staff, community members, and individuals to provide further training, program development, and ensure appropriate treatment planning within our clinic.
Meghan Rice, MA, LPC
Meghan is the clinical manager at Caillier Clinic. She provides training in mental health services for staff to implement with families and children. Meghan is a CPI certified instructor and provides crisis intervention training as Caillier Clinic's Crisis Prevention Specialist. Meghan also works individually providing therapeutic treatment to clients in a variety of different settings.
CariLyn Imbery, BSW, CSW
I’m the Human Resources and Community Relations Manager here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from UW-Eau Claire in 2003 and have experience working with youth, families and County Human Service programs for 20+ years. When I’m not working with our staff, you can usually find me outside enjoying nature.
Chao Xiong, MS, LPC
Chao is a clinical mental health care provider primarily working with adults and adolescents on a variety of mental health needs.
Chelsea Moyer, MA, LPC
I am a clinical therapist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from UW-Eau Claire in 2016 and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I have experience working with a variety of individuals (children, adolescents, adults) with various needs and challenges. When I am not working with clients you will find me at home reading a book, cooking/baking new recipes, and spending time with my family.
Emmanuel Castellanos, MS, LPC, SAC-IT
I’m a therapist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UW-Stout in 2023 and have experience working with a variety of ages and presenting concerns. I have worked in a residential facility, group homes, student affairs, and outpatient facilities since beginning my career. When I’m not working as a therapist, you can usually find me spending time with my family, visiting museums, or playing EDH.
Kristen Christopherson, MS
I'm a therapy intern here at Caillier Clinic. I am working toward receiving my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University in May of 2025. I also earned my Master's in School Counseling from St. Cloud State University in 2005. I have 20 years of experience in the education field. When I'm not doing therapy, you can usually find me reading a book, playing with my cats, or hanging out with my family.
Lindsey Field, LPC, SAC
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in 2013. I have experience working in a variety of settings to include inpatient and residential addiction treatment, outpatient mental health and addiction clinics, and as a treatment specialist with a county treatment court. When I'm not at the clinic, you can usually find me spending time with my family.
Margaret (Meg) Clancy, MA, LPC-IT
I am a LPC-IT here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's from the University of Glasgow and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. i have experience working with a variety of populations with ages ranging from children to adults. When I am not working with clients I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog and being creative.
Morgan Spaeth, MS, LPC, SAC
I am a Mental Health Therapist and Substance Use Counselor here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Masters in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Substance Use Counseling from UW-Stout in May of 2021. I have experience working with individuals of all ages! When I'm not at the office, you can usually find me reading a book or spending time with my family (dog included!).
Patricia Fedie, LCSW
Patricia works with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, marital discord, child behavioral problems, adolescent issues, grief/loss and trauma. Patricia also specializes in areas of sexuality, sexual addiction, and sexual abuse.
Sarah Bogdan, APSW
Sarah is an Advanced Practice Social Worker working with individuals from early adolescence through adulthood. She also provides school based-mental health services in the Eau Claire and Cornell school districts.
Molly Bolks, BS
I’m the Behavior Invention Team supervisor here at Caillier Clinic. I received my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education from University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2015. I have experience working with a wide range of ages from 6 months through young adulthood and their families. I have also had the opportunity to have my own classroom, work in mentorship, and work with families to create positive dynamics in their home. When I’m not at the clinic you can usually find me in my garden with my family and chickens. I also enjoy fishing, camping, and winding down with a little yoga.
Sam Waters, BS
I’m the Behavior Intervention Team Manager here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from UW-Stout in 2018 and have experience working with a variety of populations ranging from kids to adults. When I’m not working with clients, families or staff, you can usually find me doing something outside (if it's warm) or at home watching watching sports.
Abigail Miles, BA
I'm a behaviorist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Hamline University in 2017 and have experience working in mental health with both children and adults, mostly in the Twin Cities area. When I'm not at Caillier Clinic, you can usually find me hiking with my dogs or curled up with a good book.
Allison Christenson, BA
I'm a family reunification specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2023 and have experience working with children from my pervious work with Eau Claire Parks and Recreation. When I'm not woking with families you can usually find me getting a coffee and going on a walk.
Bailey Wunrow, BA
I am a Behavior Intervention Speicalist here at Caillier Clinic. I recieved my Bachelor's form the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 2023 and have experience working with children with educational and behavioral barriers. When I'm not working with clients, you can usually find me on a hiking trail or working on a crochet project.
Brianna Koleski, BS
Brianna Koleski currently works with the Caillier Clinic Parent Child Interaction Therapy and Reunification Program, where she helps to ensure safety in home environments for families on evenings and weekends.
Chloe Johnson, BSW
I'm a Behavior Intervention Specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work from UW- Eau Claire and am currently working towards my Master's degree at UW-Madison. I have experience working with a variety of populations, from kids to refugees. When I’m not working with clients or families or doing school work, you can usually find me spending time with friends, hammocking, and checking out local attractions and events!

Courtney is a member of the Behavior Intervention Team and works with children and families on creating and implementing behavioral intervention and skill-based programs in the clinic and home settings.
Devon Caelwaerts, BS
I’m a Behavior Interventionist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my bachelor's degree from UW-Eau Claire in 2020 and Currently enrolled at Capella University for MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with adults and children in many facets. When I’m not in the clinic or doing coursework, you can usually find me sewing, doing a paint-by-numbers, or working on a puzzle.
Elizabeth McNabb, BA
Elizabeth is a member of the Parent Child Interaction Therapy and Reunification Program within Caillier Clinic. She works with clients to increase positive parenting skills through parent education with the goal of reunification.
Elizabeth Rivera, BSW
I'm a Behavioral Intervention Specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls. I have experience working with adults and offering services that can help adults who need ongoing services to achieve their ultimate vision of recovery—adapted to teaching methods and teaching materials to meet the needs and interests of children. When I'm not working with families and children, I usually travel with my family and spend a day at the park with my dogs.

I'm a Behavior Intervention Specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota in 2022 and have experience working with a variety of populations ranging from children to adults. When I'm not working with children and families, you can usually find me reading and completing assignments for my graduate degree.

I'm a Behavioral Interventionist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UW- La Crosse in 2023 and have experience working with both children and adults in the mental health field. When I'm not working with clients, you can usually find me at home working on crochet projects or other crafts.
Lauren Tilseth
I’m a Family and Children Reunification Specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my education in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Stout with a focus in Social Work. When I’m not working with families, you can usually find me on the lake fishing and kayaking or trying out a new coffee spot hanging out with my 2 children, husband, and 2 silly huskies.
Lexi Slenczka, BS
Lexi Slenczka is a part of the Behavior Intervention Team at the Caillier Clinic. She works with children and adolescents, implementing skill-based programs in the clinic and home setting.
Mackenzie French, BS
I’m a family reunification specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023 and have experience working with children that have behavioral needs. When I’m not working with families, you can usually find me reading a book or drawing.
Maisy Haas, BS
Maisy is a member of the Behavior Intervention Team and works with children and families on creating an implementing behavioral intervention and skill-based programs in the clinic and home settings.
Robin Talbot, BA
I'm a Skills Lead for the Behavior Intervention Team here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from UWEC in 2022 and have experience working with children from when I was gymnastics coach. When I'm not working with clients, you can usually find me playing any kind of game with my friends or relaxing on my couch with my cats.
Lynnsey Berg
I am a psychometrist here at Caillier Clinic. I began with Caillier Clinic in 2020 to administer standardized psychometric tests. I come from a well-established career in the healthcare industry where my focus has always been on the client. When I'm not working with clients, you can usually find me at a local sports event.
Jeannie Ollinger
I'm an Admin Supervisor here at Caillier Clinic. I recieved my Medical Assistant Certification from WITC Rice Lake in 2016 and have experienced working with Prevea Clinics Ladysmith, Rice Lake, and Cornell over the last 8 years. When I am not working in with Admin Staff, you can usually find me gardening, reading, or walking with my dogs.
Holly Dameron
I’m an Administrative Assistant here at Caillier Clinic. I have had been an administrative assistant for 4 years and am new to Caillier Clinic. When I am not an Administrative Assistant, you can usually find me at one of my 3 son's games/concerts, doing something for the church, or having family time.
Julie Tishacek
I am one of the administrative assistants. I earned my Bachelor's in Health Care Administration from Herzing University in Madison. I worked for 20 years as a billing analyst for a hospital in Minnesota. When I am not at work, you can find me teaching dog training class or hanging out in my back yard with my husband and dogs or working on home projects.

Hello! I am Kathy, an Administrative Assistant here at Caillier Clinic. I have an extensive background in office administration and 20+ years of experience in Customer Service. When I’m not assisting clients or helping co-workers, you can usually find me reading a book or traveling!
Kayla Fehr
I’m a Administrative Assistant here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Associate Degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College in 2021 and have experience working with clients and training staff members. When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my family at our hobby farm or camping.
Lisa Harding
I am an Administrative Assistant here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Masters Degree in Education from UWEC and have experience working with people in a variety of settings. When I’m not at Caillier Clinic, you can usually find me with friends or family doing something in nature.
Sarah McLaughlin
I'm an Administrative Specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I have been a senior level paralegal, working in the legal field for over 12 years. Prior to that I had been working in various administrative roles for over 10 years. When I am not working, you can find me camping, exploring the Chippewa Falls area, and at church or in a women's group.
Dana Mercer
I am the CCS/County Billing Manager here at Caillier Clinic. I have been with Caillier since 1995. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs, cooking out and relaxing on our deck, taking country rides enjoying beautiful Wisconsin and watching my wonderful family grow.
Lauri Stewart
Lauri is responsible for all bookkeeping duties at the clinic including the application of all insurance and personal payments to client accounts as well as contractual issues.
