Mallory Olson, MS, LPC-IT
I’m a mental health therapist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2024 and have previous experience working in crisis services with Northwest Connections and a short behavioral health internship with Prevea during my graduate studies. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me being active outdoors, reading, and spending time with my husband and dog.
Here at Caillier Clinic I specialize in helping adolescents, teens, and young adults with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and more. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Family Systems Therapy. I’m passionate about creating connection that supports growth, and I love how the smallest bit of courage can lead to successes.
I believe everyone deserves to learn how to take care of their mental health. My goal is to help clients reach their goals through genuine care, education, and support.
