Here at Caillier Clinic I enjoy working work children, teens, adults, couples and families. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including family systems, attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Coping Skills Development approach. I create an empathetic, non-judgemental, safe space to heal and focus on empowering individuals to be active in their life solutions.
I believe that everyone has a voice and needs to be heard. People deserve the space to change and explore their current thought patterns, self-reflect and feel empowered to make changes that will help them see their resiliency, and embrace who they are.
