Paul Caillier, Ph.D
Dr. Caillier received an undergraduate degree in Experimental Social Psychology from Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1971.

Dr. Caillier’s current scope of practice is specialized in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and families.
Stephanie Hotujec, Ed. S
I am a Clinical Specialist here at Caillier Clinic. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with a minor in Special Education from UW-Stout and my Masters and Educational Specialist degrees in School Psychology from UW-River Falls. Prior to joining Caillier Clinic, I worked in the public school system for 15 years and began my career as a special education teacher for students with intellectual disabilities and autism. After 10 years in the classroom, I transitioned to a School Psychologist and worked with students from ages 3 to 21 through creating behavioral and academic interventions, behavior modification plans, educational evaluations, and collaboration with caregivers, teachers, and community based programs. When I am not at the clinic, you can usually find me spending time on Lake Superior with family and two Newfoundlands, gardening, or beekeeping.
Leighan Nand, BS
Leighan is the operations manager at Caillier Clinic. Leighan works with staff, community members, and individuals to provide further training, program development, and ensure appropriate treatment planning within our clinic.
Meghan Rice, MA, LPC
Meghan is the clinical manager at Caillier Clinic. She provides training in mental health services for staff to implement with families and children. Meghan is a CPI certified instructor and provides crisis intervention training as Caillier Clinic's Crisis Prevention Specialist. Meghan also works individually providing therapeutic treatment to clients in a variety of different settings.
CariLyn Imbery, BSW, CSW
I’m the Human Resources and Community Relations Manager here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from UW-Eau Claire in 2003 and have experience working with youth, families and County Human Service programs for 20+ years. When I’m not working with our staff, you can usually find me outside enjoying nature.
Ashley Shanks MSW, APSW
Ashley is a clinical mental health care provider working with individuals ages 3 and up. Ashley works hands on with parents and families to collaborate and provide education along with providing care in other mental health areas.
Mallory Olson, MS, LPC-IT
I'm a mental health therapist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2024 and have previous experience working in crisis services with Northwest Connections and a short behavioral health internship with Prevea during my graduate studies. When I'm not at work, you can usually find me being active outdoors, reading, and spending time with my husband and dog.
Michelle Richardson, MS, LPC, CSAC
I’m a Substance abuse and mental health therapist here at Caillier Clinic. I received my Bachelor's in Substance Abuse counseling from Viterbo University in 2015 and my Masters in Mental Health counseling from Viterbo University in 2018 and have experience working with Medicated Assisted Treatment. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me spending time with family.
