Family and Behavior Service Facilitator

Sees clients at Eau Claire - Stein Blvd

Abigail Miles serves as a Family and Behavior Service Facilitator at Caillier Clinic, bringing 3 to 5 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hamline University and is currently completing her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Wisconsin–Superior.

Abigail specializes in working from a Family Systems perspective, rooted in the foundational belief that all behavior is a form of communication. She is deeply passionate about helping youth and families strengthen their interpersonal connections, resolve behavioral challenges, and develop positive, effective ways to communicate with one another.

Areas of Focus & Specializations

  • Family Systems & Relational Dynamics: Viewing individual behavior through the lens of family relationships to create lasting, system-wide harmony and understanding.
  • Behavioral Support for Youth & Teens: Helping children and adolescents navigate behavioral needs, emotional expression, and skill development in supportive ways.
  • Parent Coaching & Communication: Partnering with parents to understand the root causes of behavior and develop positive communication strategies at home.

Therapeutic Approach Abigail utilizes a relational, family systems framework that honors the interconnectedness of family members. By viewing behavior as meaningful communication rather than just a symptom, she works collaboratively with clients to build trust, foster emotional expression, and empower families with practical tools for positive change.

Outside the Clinic Abigail stays grounded by staying active outdoors and engaging in creative hobbies. Away from her practice, she loves biking around Eau Claire with her young son, sewing, crocheting, reading, and spending quality time with her two dogs and two cats.
