Mallory Olson serves as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Caillier Clinic, bringing 3 to 5 years of specialized clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, holding advanced training in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and play therapy.

Mallory provides a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment for adolescents, teens, and young adults. Grounded in the belief that effective therapy must honor each person's unique journey, she meets clients where they are to help them navigate complex challenges, build self-awareness, and achieve meaningful personal goals.

Areas of Focus & Specializations

  • Trauma Recovery & EMDR Therapy: Utilizing specialized EMDR protocols to help youth and young adults process traumatic memories, reduce distress, and heal from past experiences.
  • Adolescent & Young Adult Mental Health: Supporting teens and emerging adults through anxiety, mood challenges, identity development, and major life transitions.
  • Play-Informed & Youth Interventions: Applying tailored play therapy techniques to provide younger clients with age-appropriate, expressive tools for emotional processing and regulation.

Therapeutic Approach Mallory integrates a person-centered foundation with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, EMDR, and play therapy techniques. By tailoring evidence-based interventions to each client's developmental needs and personal strengths, she empowers individuals to build healthy coping tools, manage stress, and foster lasting emotional growth.

Outside the Clinic Mallory stays grounded by maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle and nurturing her personal interests. Away from her practice, she enjoys staying physically active, knitting, and spending quality time with her family.
